Here we explain what personal data this website collects, why, for how long, and what rights you have, under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

2. What data we collect

Only what you give us in the website forms:

• full name and phone number (required)
• email, building address and your message (optional)

With every request we also record the IP address and the type of browser, to protect the forms against malicious or automated use. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To respond to your request (quote, fault, message): with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and in order to take steps before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
• For the security of the website (IP address, browser): legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

4. How long we keep it

Requests sent through the forms are deleted automatically 24 months after they are submitted. If we work together, your data is kept as part of the contract, for as long as the law requires.

5. Who has access

• Our staff who handle your request.
• The provider of the management software and of the website hosting (WinKoin), as a processor, solely on our behalf.

6. Third-party services loaded by the page

• Map: OpenStreetMap. To display the map, your browser downloads images from the OpenStreetMap servers, which see your IP address. No cookies are set.
• Fonts: Google Fonts. Your browser downloads the fonts from Google servers, which see your IP address.
• “Resident login” leads to the online service for information on and payment of common charges, which has its own privacy notice.

7. Cookies

The website stores in your browser only a note that you have closed the cookie message. It is strictly necessary and contains no personal data. You can delete it in your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data
• rectification
• erasure
• restriction of processing
• data portability
• object
• withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything done lawfully before the withdrawal)
